Am I being put on a basic "Crash Diet"?

Absolutely not! We send you an intake form with all of your personal information such as Age, Height, Body Weigth and ask you your goals. Then we formulate a custom plan to fit YOU & YOU only.

Im very busy and only have the ability to workout 2-3x/Week, would it still be worth it for me?

We suggest to train anywhere from 2-4x/week with us at NXT4 Life Training. Our program is TRUE progressive strength training, so your body needs that time to recover! Training 2-3x/week with us and following our custom plan, you're guaranteed to see results!

I've tried meal plans in the past, but once I was off of it I gained weight back. How is this going to be different?

We never tell you exactly WHAT to eat, we TEACH you how to eat. This is a complete course with a total of 6 nutrition meetings and 24/7 access to our nutrition coach for guidance. This is not one size fits all, this is a course that you'll actually learn. We also provide you with a plan for after the 6 weeks upon request!

One of the best decisions I made in 2023 was to join the NXT4 Transformation Challenge. I've learned so much through this process – it has been an absolute game changer. And the bonus was to go through it with an amazing community of people - all sharing tips and encouraging each other along the way. A little about my journey…I've always been consistent with my workouts (usually 4+ times per week). However, the Challenge taught me how important adjustments to my diet were and to focus even more on increased weight-training and dialing down some of my more cardio-focused workouts. The day I walked into NXT4 Life training, I knew things were going to be different! I came in to just check out the gym and I was immediately greeted by friendly faces. Both the trainers and members were so warm and made me feel welcome after sitting in to watch a class. I decided that I would definitely be coming back. I think back to that day now, and realized that it was one of the best decisions I ever made. After working out in gyms that focused mostly on cardio, I was looking for something different, and I found it at NXT4! At my age, I wanted more strength training with a little cardio sprinkled in and that's what I got at NXT4. That's what made the difference for me. I am building muscle and my body is recompositioning . I have not lost all that much weight, but my body has changed for the better as I lose fat and gain muscle. I'm getting stronger and I'm lifting more and more weight. I feel better about myself both physically and emotionally. Weight training has also motivated me to eat better.
