Absolutely not! We send you an intake form with all of your personal information such as Age, Height, Body Weigth and ask you your goals. Then we formulate a custom plan to fit YOU & YOU only.
We suggest to train anywhere from 2-4x/week with us at NXT4 Life Training. Our program is TRUE progressive strength training, so your body needs that time to recover! Training 2-3x/week with us and following our custom plan, you're guaranteed to see results!
We never tell you exactly WHAT to eat, we TEACH you how to eat. This is a complete course with a total of 6 nutrition meetings and 24/7 access to our nutrition coach for guidance. This is not one size fits all, this is a course that you'll actually learn. We also provide you with a plan for after the 6 weeks upon request!
